The simple terms

By using Paintiko you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us.

Using the app

  • Paintiko is for personal, family use. The free pictures, drawing canvas and games are free to use.
  • The pictures, artwork, icons and code belong to Paintiko. What your children color and draw is theirs; print it, keep it, share it as you like.
  • Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app or its picture packs.

The Family Pass

  • A one-time purchase of US$9.99. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
  • It unlocks the premium picture packs and printing for all players in your household on up to 5 devices. If you replace devices and reach the limit, email us and we will reset it.
  • The pass is saved in the browser. Clearing browser data removes it from that device; keep your receipt so you can restore it with the same license code.
  • Payment is handled by Gumroad. See refund handling below before purchase. A refunded pass stops unlocking premium packs on its devices at their next weekly check. Pictures already finished stay in the art book.

Refund handling

Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. No explanation is required. Contact support with your purchase receipt or license code. A refunded Family Pass will be deactivated. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

We aim to reply within 2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our support time zone is America/New_York.

Request a refund at support@paintiko.com with your receipt or license code. Never send payment-card details or a password. We review the purchase and reply by email; sending a request does not itself approve a refund. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.

Review the refund information and final currency/tax total shown at Gumroad checkout before paying. If the eligibility conditions are unclear, contact support before purchase. Gumroad also provides its checkout terms and privacy policy.

Local artwork and account profiles

Artwork, stickers and progress are stored on your device, not with us, so we cannot recover them. Adult accounts and optional animal profiles are stored by the account service. See Support for profile restoration and manual art-book backups. Clearing browser data, some browser settings, or the browser running out of space can remove saves.

No warranty

We work hard to make Paintiko reliable, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Family Pass. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

Paintiko is operated by Paintiko.

We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters for you, the date at the bottom of this page changes and the new terms apply from then. Questions: support@paintiko.com.
